Do I get a discount if I order in bulk?

Yes! Some of our products are discounted when you buy large quantities. Enter the quantity you'd like in your shopping cart, and see the price go down! Email store@oldwayspt.org if you have any specific questions.

What do you charge for shipping?

For orders shipped to U.S. addresses, we use a simple shipping schedule, based on the total of your order before taxes. It works like this:

Total $0.00 to $19.99 -- $3.99 shipping & handling
Total $20.00 to $49.99 -- $6.99 shipping & handling
Total $50.00 to $149.99 -- $9.99 shipping & handling
Total $150.00 or more -- FREE shipping

All of our orders are shipped via standard post and should arrive in 2-9 business days.

Expedited Shipments, or Shipments outside the U.S.

Expedited or non-US shipments can't be handled automatically on our website at this time, but we're happy to offer personalized service to meet these needs. Please email store@oldwayspt.org to place your order and get a custom shipping quote if:

  • You would like to place an accelerated shipping order
  • Your shipping address is located outside of the U.S.

Some of our books are also available in paperback and digital forms on Amazon, which may be a more convenient option if you are ordering internationally.

Can I add my company's name and logo to your products?

Looking for the perfect way to align your brand with good health? We can add your company's or organization's logo to any materials that display the "Co-Branding Opportunities" icon (shown below) in their description. Learn more about co-branding our items here, then contact us at store@oldwayspt.org to place your order.

What is your return policy?
You may return brand new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for store credit for the value of the product. If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If your order was incorrect (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), please contact us.
