FAQ & Shipping

Do I get a discount if I order in bulk?

Yes! Almost all of our products are substantially discounted when you buy large quantities. Enter the quantity you'd like, in your shopping cart, and see the price go down considerably! See our bulk discounts page for more information.

What do you charge for shipping?

For orders shipped to U.S. addresses, we use a simple shipping schedule, based on the total of your order before taxes. It works like this:

Total $0.00 to $24.99 -- $3.99 shipping & handling
Total $25.00 to $74.99 -- $6.99 shipping & handling
Total $75.00 to $124.99 -- $9.99 shipping & handling
Total $125.00 or more -- FREE shipping

All of our orders are shipped via standard post and should arrive in 2-8 business days.

Free shipping on all co-branded orders (see below for more on co-branding).

Expedited Shipments, or Shipments outside the U.S.

Expedited or non-US shipments can't be handled automatically on our website at this time, but we're happy to offer personalized service to meet these needs. Please email store@oldwayspt.org to place your order and get a custom shipping quote if:

  • You would like to place an accelerated shipping order
  • Your shipping address is located outside of the U.S.

Some of our books are also available in paperback and digital forms on Amazon, which may be a more convenient option if you are ordering internationally.

Can I add my company's name and logo to your products?

Looking for the perfect way to align your brand with good health? We can add your company's or organization's logo to any materials that display the "Co-Branding Opportunities" icon (shown below) in their description. What is your returns policy?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).



You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).



If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
